"Whole amount of my new knowledge about Japan I put into art works serie "Fixation", which was started during my work in Fukushima in January 2018.

Working with national Japan television Kansai Terebi, having short coffee break during my workshop in Kyoto, worrying for the main hero in Kabuki theater and digging out from snowed buddhist cemetry somewher in mountains my phone, I absorbed with every cell of my skin and every part of my soul the surrounding japanese reality, so different in details, and so similar in common.

Different - in capacity for work, in leisure, in emotional contact, in barrier free access to the theatre, in religion and in love.

And similar - in queue for the morning cup of coffee, in the same skirt with the best friend, in wish to be understood and accepted, in a tear on the cheek after frankness and in the longing for peace and confidence in tomorrow.

Painting serie "Fixation" - it's my visual narrative about attempt to pause reality on the invisible control panel and have a look on here and now."
